Groomer Support Services is a virtual assistant business specializing in backend setup and ongoing support for grooming salons and mobile groomers. Their work focuses on configuring grooming-specific platforms (such as MoGo), handling client communications, automations, onboarding flows, and operational systems so groomers can focus on their craft instead of admin work.
They already had strong systems, but visual assets and digital products didn't yet reflect the professionalism or value of the services they was delivering.
Groomer Support Services had built a reputation for exceptional backend systems work. Groomers trusted Jess to configure their CRMs, automate their workflows, and streamline their operations. But when it came to the visual side—email campaigns, client-facing documents, and seasonal graphics—everything needed a cohesive system that could scale across multiple grooming clients without constant redesign.
The challenge was building white-label template systems that Jess could customize and deploy for each grooming client. Email graphics needed seasonal variations (spring, fall, holiday, general) in multiple color palettes. Documents needed professional polish but easy customization. Templates had to work inside CRM email builders with proper sizing and mobile compatibility. Every asset needed to be reusable across dozens of client accounts while maintaining brand flexibility.
I partnered with Groomer Support Services as a systems designer and brand specialist, creating white-label template infrastructure she could deploy across all her grooming clients. The scope included operational documentation (SOPs, scripts, guides), seasonal email graphics (headers/footers in multiple color variations), and client communication templates—all designed for customization and scalability.

Rather than one-off designs, I built white-label template systems. Created 3 seasonal email header/footer sets, each with 3+ color variations so Jess could match any grooming client's brand. Designed SOPs, communication scripts, and software guides as editable PDFs and Canva templates for easy client customization.
Designed with CRM constraints in mind—proper image sizing for email builders, mobile-friendly layouts, and professional readability for pet owner audiences. Every template was built to be deployed quickly, customized easily, and scaled across multiple client accounts without starting from scratch.
